RHA Secretary 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain RHA Bylaws
  • Maintain RHA Board roster
  • Establish and maintain annual calendar of events for the RHA and Board, in coordination with President and Newsletter Editor
  • Coordinate with 1st Vice President for Programs to make sure location is reserved well in advance for General Membership meetings
  • Call Board meetings (i.e., send out advance notice)
  • Develop the Board meeting agendas jointly with the President
  • Take minutes at the Board meetings, and compile and distribute written (electronic) copies
